July 4th falls on a Friday this year, so for many of you that will mean a 3-day holiday filled with BBQ's and parties. As for us at Sketch, will be OPEN from 12-4pm packing up pints to satisfy the "dessert requirement" that came along with the BBQ invitation and for the sweet tooths that stroll on down 4th street. Our long awaited Santa Rosa Plums (which we love making into a sorbet) are in and boy are they fabulously tart and creamy! Yummy in the tummy!!
